Long Term Support Plan:  We will structure a custom program for hands on support for any type of business need that is mutually agreed between you and Howes Business.  We will find solutions that work FOR YOU, through our local, regional and national resources.  We will work together to prioritize the work needed each month, making changes as your business needs evolve.  You will have access to the same level of expertise as a CEO of a very large company on a plan that meets your budget. 

Project:  Projects typically involve a specific area of the business in which you and your staff either don’t have expertise or don’t have the time to do the work yourselves.  We can help!  A business audit is usually required before Howes Business will undertake project work.  It is important that we understand the context of your business and that you spend your resources wisely.  Until we both agree on the business priorities, we will not agree to project work.  Total project costs are based on an hourly basis.  We will work with you to develop a “not to exceed” budget in advance so there are no surprises.  You will get progress reports every step of the way.

Coaching:  Affordable phone coaching is available to talk through business issues on an agreed upon schedule.
