We work with you do identify the mix of hands on help, advice and support you need to achieve your goals.  Howes Business operates under three retainer programs; you choose the level that is right for you.

Business Support Plan:  Under the Business Support Plan, you will be allocated 192 hours, over a twelve month period, to use for hands on support for any type of business need that is mutually agreed between you and Howes Business.  We will find practical solutions that work through the formidable expertise of over 3,500 seasoned professionals worldwide, through the Institute for Independent Business.  We will work together to prioritize the work needed each month, making changes as your business needs evolve.  Under this program, the annual fee is spread evenly throughout the year.  You will have access to the same level of expertise as a CEO of a very large company; the cost to you will be less that that of a full time administrative assistant. 

Project:  Projects typically involve a specific area of the business in which you and your staff either don’t have expertise or don’t have the time to do the work yourselves.  We can help!  A business audit is usually required before Howes Business will undertake project work.  It is important that we understand the context of your business and that you spend your resources wisely.  Until we both agree on the business priorities, we will not agree to project work.  Total project costs are based on an hourly basis.  We will work with you to develop a “not to exceed” budget in advance so there are no surprises.  You will get progress reports every step of the way.

Coaching:  Affordable phone coaching is available to talk through business issues on an agreed upon schedule.
