Champaign-Urbana and earned a CPA
license (inactive). She also has a
Masters of Management degree from
the J.L. Kellogg School of
Management at Northwestern
University, with an emphasis in
Strategy & Finance. She has worked
in the aerospace, oil & gas and
telecommunications industries over
the past 15 years, directing
strategy, economic evaluation,
performance management, budgeting &
forecasting, revenue assurance and
cost management.
In her career, she has
evaluated business opportunities
valued at over $8 billion and has
successfully closed financing on
over $3.5 billion. She identified
and implemented improvements that
recovered over $28M in cash revenue
in 13 months. She also delivered
$23M in annual cost savings while
increasing process and vendor
quality. Elise passionately
believes that the financial and
operational tools and techniques
that make large companies profitable
can also be successfully applied to
smaller businesses.
